AP Online is comprehensive in scope and under development are over 200 informative, interactive and payment services to citizens and businesses across the state. These online services will be deployed in phases. AP Online is easily accessible through multiple delivery channels, homes and Range of Services Information Services: Provide up-to-date information on a wide range of subjects pertaining to different GoAP departments, including Functions & Services, Forms & Procedures, Key Contacts, Organizational Performance, Government Orders, Acts, Rules, Budget Documents, Prices of Essential Commodities, Memos, Advertisements, Tenders and important events. Interactive Services: Facilitate online submission of forms including applications and requests for registrations, licenses, permits, certificates and representations to different government departments. Complaints and grievances can also be filed. Payment Services: Help in online payments for utilities, taxes, fees, deposits and stamp duties. Customer support on payment services like Accounting of Transactions, Deposits into Government Treasuries, Invoicing and Reporting are also provided. Web Services: Hosted Web Service developed in .Net and configured the client for this Web Service.
Role: Team member As a Team Member, I interact with the client for requirements, Design and Developing components, Developing Modules (like administrative, delivery channel, accounting for internal use of the portal), Applications and citizen services. I have also been responsible for imparting Service Related Training to the Client (Govt of A.P) & Service Delivery Partners. Developed G2G services, which are right now being used by AP Govt. Implementation of Hand-Off Management and Dynamic Guard Channel Allocation in Mobile Communication using Fuzzy Logic We simulated switching of control from one base station to the adjacent base station when the mobile moves from one cell to the next and allocating guard channels depending upon the traffic density and signal strength. The algorithm was implemented using fuzzy logic. | |||||
