wins WNCAA Seniors A cage title

dropped both its elimination round games against 33rd and
35th season champion Lyceum, 63-42, on August 14 and 55-49

63-47, and leveled their best-of-three series at 1-1. Macalinga
led all scorers with 19 points while getting 15 markers from Angelica
Jeresano. St. Scho took Game 1, 52-44. They
will dispute the championship next Saturday, October 22.

SBCA’s
Lariza Maralit received the senior B Most Valuable Player award and
earned a slot in the Mythical Five, along with Miriam’s Vie Reyes,
St. Scho’s Pearl Mallada, University of Asia & the Pacific’s
Elaine Rojas and host Emilio Aguinaldo University’s Dian Cas.
