Ryuu's Story
He doesn't have too much of one, really.  Above board, Ryuu is a rich businessman sponsoring Miss Hera and heading up the art galla that will showcase her attaching the long lost arms to the Venus de Milo.  He has connections enough for it to be a big party, and wealth enough to host it on a private island.  The connection between Ryuu and Miss Hera is one of convenience only, the two personally not getting along well at all.

He is constantly tailed by his two personal bodyguards, Hyoko and Shakuryu.

The source of Ryuu's wealth is drug dealing.  He's a major mafia-connected drug kingpin and the single biggest supplier of heroine to the Mugenjou district.  It was the heroine sold by Ryuu's dealers that Kaito addicted himself to, and eventually OD'ed on.

Recently, Ryuu's outfit created a super-refined type of heroine called "Aphrodite."  Taking the opportunity presented by Miss Hera, he had a whole bunch of the stuff sculpted into a replica of the Venus de Milo... yes, the whole statue is heroine!... and was going to put it up for auction to other mafia bosses at the "art galla" he's holding.  Unfortunately, Shido and Emishi got in the way.  Teaming up with GB, who are after the arms not the statue itself, all 4 guys manage to make off with their targets.

Ban is the one who puts the finishing touches on Ryuu, smacking one detailed Jagan on the guy.  Thinking he's off to a meeting with MakubeX over the prospect of selling Aphrodite in Mugenjou, he instead walks into police headquarters and dumps the suitcase all across the floor.  ...needless to say, Ryuu isn't going to be wearing anything other than bright orange for quite some time.
