Teshimine's Story
The only person we know less about is The Specialist.  Where he comes from, what he can do, what his motives are, and where his ultimate loyalties lie are complete unknowns.  The Words I thought of for him all come from a three page cameo he has in volume 10.  It is known, however, that Teshimine is the one who essentially raised Ginji.  I think the two had a sort of big-brother/ little-brother relationship.

Not much to add here, since we really know squat about him.  I'm fairly certain that Teshimine also has access to the higher levels of Mugenjou, perhaps even Babylon City itself.  That's probably where he got the disc he gave to Paul in volume 10.  These are, of course, just guesses on my part.

However, some of this may soon come out into the open.  From the pieces of what will become volume 20 that I have read out of Shonen Magazine, that disc has finally come out and Teshimine has become the subject of a manhunt conducted by at least Kadz and MakubeX, with Paul instigating it.  I'll add more to this when I find it out.
